Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh conducts MP NEET counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS courses across medical colleges in the state. Candidates will have to register on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in and submit application form for Madhya Pradesh MBBS admission. A merit list will be released comprising sortlisted candidates for MP NEET counselling. Seats will be allotted based on NEET rank, choice filled, reservation factor etc.

Yes. Registration is mandatory for MP NEET counselling. Before registration, candidates will have to create profile on the official website. For profile creation, candidates will have to enter roll number, secret key, and captcha. Registration will only be successful after candidates pay both refundable and non refundable fees. After registration, preference of choices have to be declared and locked them.

Candidates who will qualify NEET 2025 will be eligible for MP NEET counselling 2025. They msut not be less than 17 years old. Applicant must have domicile of MP. Those who have completed their formal education from the state, but are not domiciled in MP, can also apply for MP NEET counselling.

Following documents are required during UP NEET counselling:
- NEET admit card
- NEET rank card
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- A valid photo Id proof (Aadhaar card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Pan Card)
- Domicile Certificate of Uttar Pradesh
- Caste Certificate
- Online registration slip Receipt depicting the successful deposition of security money

No. Candidates who have already registered in round-1 UP NEET counselling 2025 don't need to register again. Registration can be done on the official website, upneet.gov.in. Registration will be completed only when registration fee (both refundable and non refundable) are paid. Candidates will have to pay INR 2,000 as non refundable fee for registration.

- Marksheet of Class 10 or equivalent

MP NEET counselling comprises online registration, state merit list upload, choice filling, seat allotment result, and reporting for document verification. Candidates who qualify NEET and are domiciled in the state of Madhya Pradesh can participate in the MP NEET 2025 counselling. Online registration is must to participate in MP NEET counselling. Those who qualify NEET exam with minimum cut off have to register and submit application form. Based on registration, a merit list is released. Candidates shortlisted in merit list will have to declare choices of college and course for seat allotment
