As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam in India is specifically designed for admission to undergraduate medical courses like MBBS and BDS. Generally, a candidate should have completed their 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects to be eligible for the NEET exam.

Having completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree might not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the NEET exam, as the educational background required is typically focused on Science subjects. However, rules and regulations regarding eligibility criteria can change, and I recommend checking the official NEET website or contacting the relevant authorities to get the most accurate and up-to-date information.

If you're considering a career change from arts to medicine, you might need to take additional Science courses to meet the necessary prerequisites for medical admissions.

For admission to medical colleges, the specific requirements can vary, but generally, you will need to submit the following documents along with your application:

1. NEET Scorecard: If applicable, you'll need to provide your NEET exam scorecard.

2. Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets: These documents are used to verify your academic performance in the 10th and 12th grades.

3. Class 10 and 12 Passing Certificates: These certificates indicate that you have successfully completed the respective classes.

4. Birth Certificate: This document proves your age and is often required for verification.

5. Category Certificate: If you belong to a specific reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), you will need to provide the relevant category certificate for reservation purposes.

6. Domicile Certificate: Some states have domicile requirements, especially for state quota seats. A domicile certificate proves that you are a resident of that state.
