The applicant must have completed MBBS from a recognised board or deemed university and should be registered with the State Medical Council/ Medical Council of India in order to seek admission to the MD/MS and MDS programmes.

The last date to report at the allotted institute after Round-1 HP NEET PG counselling was October 4, 2025. Applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria were advised to fill the application form before the last date. AMRU, HP is releasing the vacancy position after each round of counselling.

Candidates need to visit, amruhp.ac.in, to apply for the HP NEET PG counselling. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the latest notification tab on the official website to keep track of the important events such as merit list, seat allotment list, seat matrix. AMRU, HP launces the registration window through the official website only.

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam in India is specifically designed for admission to undergraduate medical courses like MBBS and BDS. Generally, a candidate should have completed their 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects to be eligible for the NEET exam.

Candidates must keep ready the following documents to participate in the KNRUHS NEET UG counselling:
- NEET 2025 admit card
- NEET 2025 scorecard
- Aadhaar Card
- Certificate of cass 10 or Birth Certificate
- Marksheet of Class 10 and 12
- Transfer Certificate (from the last institute)
- Caste/Community Certificate (if applicable)
- SSC/SSLC Certificate of parent or relative (if applicable)
- Minority Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (for those claiming fee exemption)
- EWS Certificate (for those claiming reservation under EWS Category)
- Residence Certificate for a minimum period of 10 years (For candidates who have studied in institutions outside Telang

Candidates who wish to be content for a preferred seat that they have not been able to secure in the Round-1 counseling can participate in the Round-2 counseling. The seats left vacant after the first round of KNRUHS counseling will be carried forward to the next round. Candidates must also note that a separate seat allotment list will be released for every round.
