Yes, If you have done 10th, 11th & 12th from MH and qualify the minimum criteria of eligibility I. e. Subjects required, domicile of the state, age and 50% PCB and English in 12th standard exams. 40% for reserved category.

The candidature of candidates in the NEET (UG) - 2022 who have passed the qualifying examinations I. e. Class 12 from National Institute of Open Schooling or State Open Schools or as private candidates from recognised State Boards; or with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject shall be allowed but subject to the outcome of Special Leave Petitions/Appeals filed by the Medical Council of India). So, you ae eligible for NEET UG.

No, you will not be eligible for state quotas simultaneously in both Kerala and Karnataka. The reason is that every state has its own rule for an 85% state quota. For the Karnataka state quota, a candidate should have done schooling in this state for a minimum of seven years. Also, they should have valid resident proof of state. For the Kerala state quota, candidates should be a resident of Kerala for a period of five years or have studied in Kerala from class 8 to 12. The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in India and is conducted by the national testing agency (NTA). The eligibility criteria to pursue a B.Sc. Nursing course is securing a minimum of 45% - 50% marks in class 10 and class 12 examinations with PCB and English as core subjects. Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st while seeking B.Sc. Nursing course admission.
