No, you will not be eligible for state quotas simultaneously in both Kerala and Karnataka. The reason is that every state has its own rule for an 85% state quota. For the Karnataka state quota, a candidate should have done schooling in this state for a minimum of seven years. Also, they should have valid resident proof of state. For the Kerala state quota, candidates should be a resident of Kerala for a period of five years or have studied in Kerala from class 8 to 12. Basically, you will be eligible for the state quota of that state if you have completed your schooling up to the 12th grade. The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in India and is conducted by the national testing agency (NTA). To be eligible, a candidate must have a 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognised board. For the age criteria, they must have completed 17 years as of December 31.
