You can write the NEET exam. But, can get admission through NEET. Fir that u have to reappear in Biology CBSE exam.

Sorry to say you are not eligible. If u have less marks then don't go for NEET because it will become more complicated to you. Give the joint entrance exam and get a seat in government college.
