If you are confident enough to crack NEET next year, then you can drop a year for NEET preparation. Otherwise, you should join other courses.

But if you join a coaching centre you will be getting more practice in solving problems and they might help you in clearing the doubts regarding the concepts.
So if you have a good coaching centre near your home, you can join there.
But the only thing is, your contribution matters a lot.

For getting better a score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of Standard 11th and 12th. Also you need to improve your MCQ solving skill and solve as many as MCQs as you can. This will surely boost your confidence.
