The NEET 2025 counselling process began on July 21, 2025. The dates for four rounds have been announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which is scheduled till October 25, 2025. Originally, the last date of counselling was October 3, 2025, which was postponed twice due to NRI/PWD candidate requests, and ongoing court cases.

Yes, it is mandatory to have completed the internship during the MBBS to apply for the JCECE NEET OG counselling process. In addition, the applicant must have qualified NEET PG/NEET MDS with the minimum cut-off marks. There is no upper age limit to apply for the Jharkhand NEET PG counselling process. However, a candidate must have complete his/her MBBS degree to be eligible to apply for the NEET PG process. To know further details, candidates can visit the official website jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.

As per the eligibility criteria set by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), candidate must be a domicile of Jharkhand to apply for the Jharkhand NEET PG counselling process.

The eligibility criteria to apply for Jharkhand NEET PG counselling process is mentioned as under: 

1.       Candidate must be a resident of Jharkhand

2.       There is no upper age limit for admission

3.       Candidate must possess an MBBS/BDS (as the case may be) degree from the University of Jharkhand recognised by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India

4.       NMC/DCI/SMC/SDC registration is mandatory for NEET-PG/ MDS 2024 qualifying candidates

To participate in the WB NEET counselling process applicants need to abide by the below mentioned qualifications which are 

1: Candidates is living in West Bengal state for the past ten years (or more).

2: Applicants who have resided in WB for the past 10 yeats (or more) . They must also have passed the class 12 examination in 2025 or before.

In general, the overall duration of the NEET application process ranges from 30 to 45 days. Based on candidate requests or other external factors, NTA extends the last date of the NEET application process for five to seven days. However, NEET 2023 was an exception when the application last date was not extended, but the application process was reopened. Yes, Aadhaar Card verification is mandatory for NEET 2025 application process. As per a notification by NTA, the NEET 2025 registration and application process will implement Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID to ensure transparency and efficiency. Here, candidates' past academic data such as Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates will be linked to the Aadhaar Card. Hence, it is mandatory for candidates to update their APAAR ID and link the data with their Aadhaar Card.
