Eligible candidates willing to participate in the Maharashtra NEET UG counselling process will have to fill and lock the choice of seats based on the seat matrix. If a candidate fulfills the cutoff or admission criteria of the institute of their choice, they will be allotted the seats. The factors which are considered for the seat allotment are cutoff and availability of seats.

The NEET SS counselling registration process is completely online. The step by step process to register for NEET SS counselling is given below:
- Visit the official website of MCC – mcc.nic.in
- Click on the Super Speciality Tab
- Click on the New Registration tab under the Candidate Board Activity section
- Enter the mandatory details such as NEET SS 2023 Roll Number, Password, Security Pin, and click on Register
- Login again and complete the registration process by paying the registration fee

Candidates should ensure that they use a the latest or updated browser for filling the NEET MDS application form. Some of the accepted web browsers and their versions are as follows:

Only those candidates who have registered for the Haryana NEET counselling process will be able to fill and lock choices. After logging in, they will have to select Course from the dropdown menu. From there, they have to choose "College" and click on update button. After filling all choices, they have to press "Save" button. In the a printout of filled choices must be taken. Candidates can modify/add/delete choices as many times as they want till the closing time as per schedule.
