Maulana Azad Medical College accepts the NEET SS entrance exam, followed by the counselling rounds for admission to the DM and MCh courses. MAMC NEET SS cutoff 2024 has been released wherein the first round closing rank for DM in Neonatology admission was 55 for the General AI category students. For M.Ch. in Paediatric Surgery, the first round closing rank stood at 609.

In case a candidate does not report to the institute allotted to him or her during the NEET SS counselling process, then the security deposit paid by him or her will be forfeited. After that, they will be eligible to participate in the further rounds of counselling after re-registration and choice filling and locking. However, their registration fee will not be refunded.

It is mandatory to save choices during the NEET SS counselling. If candidate does not lock the choice submitted, the choices saved by him/her will be automatically locked on the last date of choice locking. Also, once the choice locking deadline is over, candidates will not be allowed to modify the NEET SS counselling choices.

Yes, it is important to register and fill choices for each round of the NEET SS counselling. The seat allotment result is computed based on the choices entered by the registered candidates. The seat allotment will be separate for each round and the seat matrix will also vary based on the vacancy. However, if a candidate has registered in a previous round, he/she need not register again.
