The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), or the exam conducting authority announced the NEET SS 2025 exam date on August 4, 2025. The exam will be conducted on November 7 and November 8, 2025. Although NBE has stated that it is a tentative date, and no other dates are announced yet, it is expected that the official notification and the application form will be released by the fourth week of August 2025.

In NEET SS exam, feeder course refers to the broad speciality qualifications, under which the courses are grouped. There are 15 groups of papers or specialities/subjects, which are grouped under the feeder courses. According to NBEMS, the question papers of these groups will consist of questions from the General/Basic component of the respective primary feeder broad specialty subject and from all sub-specialty/ systems/component of that primary feeder broad specialty subject. All the questions would be from the Curriculum of the Post Graduate Exit level of the primary feeder broad specialty subject.

After submitting the NEET SS application form, candidates are advised to go through the submitted form to check whether all the information entered are correct or not. In case there is a mistake, then you have to make the changes in the first NEET SS edit window. In case of a deficient image or signature or thumb impression, NBE will mail candidates with the details and candidates have to edit the images accordingly.

No, there is no fee involved for editing the NEET SS application form. Only those candidates who completed the NEET SS application process by paying the requisite application fee are eligible to make changes or avail the edit window for NEET SS. It is important to identify the changes to be done on the NEET SS application form and execute those within the said timelines, otherwise their application will not be considered and they will not be eligible to apper for the exam.

NEET SS registered candidate are provided with the opportunity to edit or correct majority of the information entered on the application form. However, a few fields are not editable. The list of fields that can be edited are given below:
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Parents' Names
- Religion
- Category
- EWS and PWD status
- Identification Type
- Correspondence Address
- Qualification and Internship Details
- Images - photograph, signature and thumb impression
The information which cannot be edited are given below:
- Name
- Test City
- Nationality
- Mobile Number
- Email ID

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), or the exam conducting body provides two application correction windows for NEET SS. In the first or the preliminary correcton window, registered candidates can edit or modify the information entered on the application form.
The second or the final NEET SS application correction window is for correcting the images or the JPG/JPEG files including the photograph, signature and thumb impression. According to NBEMS, failure to submit images as per guidelines and/or failure to rectify the images shall invite rejection of the application.

GVSM Medical College NEET SS cutoff 2023 was out for the last round. The cutoff was released for admission to M.Ch. in Neuro Surgery. No, NBE does not release NEET SS syllabus. Hence, there is no specific list of topics or chapter-wise weightage. But based on expert suggestions and students' views, preparing from the postgraduate study materials would suffice. NEET SS test-takers should complete their course syllabus and solve as many mock tests or past years' question papers to complete the NEET SS syllabus.

NEET SS is a super speciality medical entrance exam. It is a doctorate level exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) for the admission to Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) and Doctorate of National Board (DrNB) courses. To appear for this exam, candidates must have completed their post graduation in medical or in the final year of MD and MS.

The mode of the NEET SS exam is online, or computer-based. The NEET SS question paper or the subject-wise questions will be displayed on screen and candidates have to answer the questions by clicking on the correct answer option with the help of a mouse. Since the questions are objective, they need not type any answer. They will be provided sheets of paper to carry out rough work. Since NEET SS is a computer-based test and not computer-adaptive test, test-takers will be able to go through all questions and select the sequence of answering as per their convenience.
