The NEET 2025 application form process concluded on March 7, 2025. The National Testing Agency (NTA) had released the NEET 2025 application form on February 7, 2025. NTA conducted the NEET 2025 application correction window from March 9 to March 11, 2025. HP NEET 2025 counselling registration last date has been extended twice by the counselling conducting body i.e. AMRU, HP. As per the schedule released initially, the registration deadline was July 26, 2025 which was further extended to July 27, 2025. However, candidates were still not able to apply for the counselling and had requested AMRU to extend the deadline again. Accepting the request of the candidates, AMRU, HP has extended the final deadline to July 30, 2025 (2:00 PM) for Round-1 counselling.

UP NEET 2025 merit list for round-2 was released on September 19, 2025. The merit list was uploaded online in PDF format. Candidates included in the merit list will have to declare choices for round-2 seat allotment. Choices can be declared from September 19 till September 23, 2025.
