In my opinion, DTU is better for mechanical engineering because DTU provides good/helpful mechanical faculty members, course curriculum, placements and infrastructure.

In my opinion, DTU is better for mechanical engineering than NSIT because DTU provides good mechanical faculty members, good course curriculum, good placements and good infrastructure.

You have to appear in class 12th with PCM and should have 150+ marks in JEE Mains in order to apply for JAC Delhi counselling.

To get admission in DTU you need to have passed class 12th with PCM and should have a good score in JEE Mains paper. Then you have to apply for JAC Delhi counselling. Then fill the branches of DTU first, if allotted, you will get the admission in some branch.

I don't know about NSIT, but about DTU. DTU gives a lot of student fees concession, but that is based upon you family annual income. For the current year 2018-19 the Maximum annual income should not be more than 4.5lakh to apply for fees concession. You basically have to produce an income Tax Return receipt for that. Moreover, you can also get scholarship though government portal scholarship. Com and after filing online form you have to submit it offline to DTU then you get you money.
