Some halls are for first-year students, while others are for upper-division students. At Hart Hall, many international students live. Students can check out the housing application in order to live on-campus. Per year, the housing cost for international students can be around USD 17,026 (Around INR 14.5 lakh).

Go Oswego Awards is applicable for international students at UG level. Scholarship amount is USD 2,000 per semester (Around INR 1.7 lakh) for first-year students. This scholarship is renewable for up to 8 semesters.
