On a national level, it secures a country level rank #245 as per Shiksha Rankings.

Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is mostly famous for providing pharmacy and health sciences courses where as other universities in New york provide broad academic courses. Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences allows applicants to apply through its own application portal where as other universities rely on SUNY app.

Both institutions (Adelphi and the University at Buffalo) are selective when it comes to granting admissions. The Adelphi University acceptance rate stands at around 73% while that of University at Buffalo is around 69%. Though, both institutions are similar in terms of acceptance rates, the Adelphi University is slightly easier to secure admissions at as compared to University at Buffalo.
