Your question is not clear. I assume you want to know which country is better to do CA among New Zealand and India.
If yes - it is important where you want to settle down in India or in New Zealand. If you have plans to go and work in New Zealand then better you study there. As most foreign countries accept their own degrees and certificates.

Hi Flemin,
A PG Diploma programme can be completed only if you hold a Bachelor's degree. A D.Pharm is not equivalent to a Bachelor degree. Students willing to study PG Diploma in Clinical Research or Clinical Practice must have completed a relevant degree and some universities also require at least 2 years relevant work experience. Now, you should look for B.Pharma courses.

Hi Soham,
Unfortunately, you won't have options as 49% is not accepted by any university abroad. 55% is decent enough. Look for options in India and maintain a decent academics before planning to study abroad. Understand that study abroad is not easy and if you don't qualify, they won't let you in.

Hi Jackson,
The eligibility requirements are different with different colleges and programs. Both the countries would have different entry criteria. Only by completing a Diploma won't make you an eligible candidate. You must have sufficient grades and you need to take IELTS/ TOEFL.

Every university has different requirements, universities in New Zealand are not as rigorous like in US, Canada or Germany. A first class degree and good IELTS scores are required.

Hi Khushboo, eligibility varies from programs and universities. 5.5 however is too low and most universities will not accept. However if you have scored more than 60% in English subject you can be considered. Please firstly check university websites before applying. Here are some options

For eligibility you need to check with respective institute or college or university you are applying for, because eligibility requirements differs from university to university hence my advice is to contact to respective universities admission counselor over mail.
