Hi Bhadra,
You must complete your Bachelors degree in relevant field and must take the IELTS. A first class is UG is highly recommended, otherwise 55% is the minimum recommended.

There are two types of Masters degrees:
Research Masters, which include a thesis or research portfolio of at least 90 points
Taught Masters, which are usually comprised of taught courses, but may include a dissertation or research project of less than 90 points. Admission to a 120 point Master's degree

You can apply for Bachelors instead of Diploma as visa concerns arise that why you are again apply for Diploma so it's best for you to apply for Bachelors. You can also apply for Australia if your Diploma is completed within the duration.
