NIMCET

The NIMCET (National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test) is an entrance exam for admission to the Master of Computer Applications MCA programme offered by NITs (National Institutes of Technology) in India. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or graduation level. Therefore, not having computer application as a subject in your BBA degree may not be an issue, but not having studied Mathematics could make you ineligible to write the NIMCET exam. Full-time 3 years B.SC/BCA/BIT from a recognised university with Maths or Statistics or equivalent as a compulsory subject, and have 60% aggregate. BE/B.Tech Students can also apply. NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) scores are accepted by National Institutes of Technology (NITs) for admission to their MCA (Master of Computer Applications) programs. The participating NITs are:
