Candidates will get seats on the basis of filled choices & rank. There will be four rounds for the NIMCET 2022 seat allotment. If a candidate gets a seat according to their given preferences, then they will have to report at the allotted institution within a given time period. Just lock the selected option, if you are sure to get admission in your selected option.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the NIMCET exam if you have completed or are in the final year of a Bachelor of Computer Applications BCA degree from a recognised university, with mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or in graduation. The fact that you have studied discrete mathematics in your first semester of BCA satisfies the mathematics requirement for the NIMCET exam. Also, you must have 60+ % in graduation as well as 10+2. Better you check the official NIMCET website for the latest criteria and regular updates.

The NIMCET (National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test) is an entrance exam for admission to the Master of Computer Applications MCA programme offered by NITs (National Institutes of Technology) in India. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or graduation level. Therefore, not having computer application as a subject in your BBA degree may not be an issue, but not having studied Mathematics could make you ineligible to write the NIMCET exam.
