Hello Shakti Prasad Behura, for all practical purposes Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th. Hence you can fill up marks of Diploma in that column. Hopefully with the implementation of the latest National Education Policy across the country, this issue will hopefully get resolved. Best wishes to you.

Yes, you can appear for NIMCET even if you have a back paper in your third semester, but some participating institutes may have their own eligibility criteria and may require you to clear all back papers before taking admission. You will also have to provide the result of the back paper at the time of admission if you are selected.

10+2 or graduation level is the eligibility. Candidates with any bachelor's degree (including BCA with Mathematics as a subject are eligible to apply for NIMCET. However, since you have studied PCB Physics Chemistry Biology in 10+2 and not Mathematics, it may impact your eligibility to apply for NIMCET. Most likely, you may not be eligible to apply for NIMCET as Mathematics is a mandatory subject for eligibility.

You should secure at least above 350 to get seat in UOH. This is a top university, so there is a high demand for such programs. You can apply for Private institutions which offer MCA programs, if you still opt for UOH then prepare well and write examination next year.

Candidates will get seats on the basis of filled choices & rank. There will be four rounds for the NIMCET 2022 seat allotment. If a candidate gets a seat according to their given preferences, then they will have to report at the allotted institution within a given time period. Just lock the selected option, if you are sure to get admission in your selected option.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the NIMCET exam if you have completed or are in the final year of a Bachelor of Computer Applications BCA degree from a recognised university, with mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or in graduation. The fact that you have studied discrete mathematics in your first semester of BCA satisfies the mathematics requirement for the NIMCET exam. Also, you must have 60+ % in graduation as well as 10+2. Better you check the official NIMCET website for the latest criteria and regular updates.
