NIMS University offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at NIMS Jaipur, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) from a recognised board.

NIMS University offers BTech programme to students at the UG level. It is offered in full-time mode for 4 years and is approved by AICTE. Some of the specialisations offered in BTech course are Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology,  Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biotechnology, etc.

NIMS University admission is both merit and entrance-based. Admission to most of the UG and PG courses is done through the university's in-house entrance exam,  NIMSEE. In addition to this, national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main,  NEET, NEET SS, etc., are also accepted for specific courses. Further, candidates seeking admission to the BTech programme must be Class 12 passed in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate or, Passed 3-year Diploma exam with at least 45% aggregate subject to vacancies in the first year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
