NIMS University

MBBS is a five-year course offered at the UG level by NIMS Institute of Medical Sciences & Research. National Institute of Medical Sciences began with 100 MBBS seats in 2004 and is presently accredited by the National Medical Commission for 250 MBBS seats. Candidates must pass Class 12 with PCB or Biology as an additional subject with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for PwD and 40% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC) to apply for MBBS course. 

Admission to BDS course is based on NEET or NIMSEE score. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Candidates who have appeared for NEET will be shortlisted as per the NEET Counselling. The total tuition fee of BDS is INR 7 lakh. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. NIMS University offers BPharm for a duration of four-year divided into eight semesters. The course is taught through the NIMS Institute of Pharmacy and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Those who want to take admission to this course can appear for the NIMSEE entrance exam, conducted by the university every year in an offline mode. 

Candidates must complete Class 12 in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) to apply for the BTech course or passed Diploma exam with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) subject to vacancies in the first year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. 

The selection to BTech course is based on JEE Main or NIMSEE score. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria to avoid rejection at the later stages of admission.
