HiThe score of your XIIth is quite. Most of the colleges consider NIOS for all courses except BPT and B Pharma. This I know for Lovely Professional University, where my cousin is studying.
You can browse the site of MCM too.Just check the college which would allow you to go for big events as is done

My sister do a NEET but she was doesn't choose in class12th English subject. If do English from NIOS the she was eligible for NEET.

I was failed in 12 class and pass 12 class from NIOS board from Delhi I am eligible for Delhi cota reserve seat 85%. .

The NIOS exam center is very important for availing Delhi 85% of quota. If your class 12th NIOS exam center was located within the NCT Delhi, than your eligibility will be counted for Delhi region only. And if exam center was located outside NCT Delhi than you will not be able to avail the benefits
