Students must apply for TNEA. For TNEA. Candidates need to passed HSC or equivalent with minimum 50% marks. And NIOS offers senior secondary course equivalent to class 12th. So, TNEA accepts NIOS. NIOS students can take admission into BCA without any problem. You just need to make sure that you score at least 45% in your +2 from NIOS. If you can meet this criteria then you can take admission into BCA into almost every college. Remember that there are different criteria for different universities. There is no such distinction of NIOS students for admissions in DU. You will be totally eligible, but the admissions are based on merit so you will need to score accordingly. I suggest seeking out last year's merit list to get a general idea as it varies each year.

Yes, NIOS are now allowed to appear for NEET. From 2019, NIOS and open school students are eligible to apply for NEET.
