You should do the registration now. While filling up the form in the marks section there will be an option results awaited. Since the admission process /counselling start little later and by that time, your results will be with you.

While, in order to get admitted in foreign universities especially UK, you need to give exams of IELTS or GRE or TOEFL and after that you can take an admission in the UK as per your interest. NIOS is recognized, formed by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. Universities must admit basis NIOS, if you meet all the other requirements such as minimum percentage etc. You can refer this below
