The total tuition fees for Integrated BTech + MBA is INR 21.5 lakh at Nirma University. Aspirants selected for admission have to pay some part of the fees to confirm their seat.

Nirma University does refund BTech fee in case of cancellation or withdrawal of admission as per below policy:
| Withdrawal/ Cancellation Timeline | Amount of refund |

| If cancellation of admission was on or before Jul 2 | INR 1,000 processing charge is deducted. The remaining fees will be refunded after Jul 30 |
| Cancellation of admission after Jul 2 but on or before Jul 27 | INR 1,000 processing charge is deducted. The remaining fees will be refunded after Jul 31, provided that the vacated seat is filled by the Institution with the next eligible candidate based on the merit list of the respective category |
| Cancellation of admission after Jul 27 | Entire paid fee is deducted. Only refundable security will be refunded after Jul 31 |

There are only two specialisations of BTech + MBA at Nirma University which are CSE and ME. Both courses include four years of BTech curriculum and one year of MBA curriculum. MBA subjects will be covered during last semester of Nirma University BTech courses.

Application fees for BTech courses at Nirma University is the same for all specialisations. However, this fees differs based on a candidate's Class 12 board. Candidates who cleared Class 12 from Gujarat have to pay an application fees of INR 350 while other candidates must pay INR 1,250.
Application fees for BTech + MBA courses is INR 1,500 + other charges for all candidates.

Candidate will need following documents during Nirma University BTech application process:
- Class 10th and Class 12th passing certificate and marksheet
- ID and address proof
- Transfer / Domicile Certificate

No, Nirma University has closed fresh applications for BTech + MBA course in academic year 2026.
Currently, admissions are still ongoing with counselling stage scheduled to begin soon.
Once merit-list of selected students is revealed, candidates will be able to select their preferred campus through online portal.

Nirma University BTech admissions were extended in 2026 till last date of May. However, this date has already passed and fresh applications have been closed at this point. BTech admissions have been concluded by Institute of Technology, Nirma University, Ahmedabad for this year.

There is no mention of GUJCET being accepted for BTech + MBA at Nirma University. Institute of Technology only mentions accepting JEE Main for aforementioned course. The final selection is also based on their performance in PI round and Class 12.
