NIT Delhi M.Tech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. However, if candidates compare the cutoff for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 will find out that the GATE scores for some of the M.Tech specialisations has been increased and the competition has increased. Hence, the cutoff trend of M.Tech in CSE showcases an improving trend. Check out the below table to get a clear idea:

Candidates are required to upload certain important documents at the time of filling out the GATE application form. Further, candidates are required to submit some of the original and self-attested documents at the time of physical verification of documents after the seat allocation process. The list of documents that must be submitted during the GATE application for M.Tech are as follows:

Yes, NIT Delhi offers seat reservations in BTech course for Delhi state quota or home state quota. The institute reserves 50% of seats for candidates from Delhi (Home State quota). Candidates seeking admission under the Home State quota must provide government-approved and verified documents as proof of residence in Delhi.

Further, candidates must submit some of the original & self-attested docs at the time of physical verification of docs after the seat allocation process. The NIT Delhi cutoffs for 2024 vary by course and round. For B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, the Round 1 closing rank was 7,417, while the last round closing rank was 8,572. In Computer Science and Engineering, the Round 1 rank was 7,361, with a final rank of 8,018. Closing ranks for Civil, Electrical, and Aerospace Engineering are still pending. The Round 4 JEE Main Cut Off was released on July 10, 2024, and is available at josaa admissions. Candidates must score at least 40% in the national-level written test for interview eligibility.
