Candidates must upload certain imp. docs at the time of filling out the JEE Mains application form. Further, candidates must submit some of the original & self-attested docs at the time of physical verification of docs after the seat allocation process. The list of docs required to upload while filling out the JEE Mains application form is as follows:
- Valid email id & mobile no.
- Scanned copy of the category certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned photograph & signature as per the specification mentioned by the NTA
- Net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ UPI details for application fee payment

Yes, internal sliding is available at NIT Delhi after the first year. Students can apply for internal sliding after completing their first semester or first year, depending on their CGPA and the availability of seats in the desired branch. You can go for it but you should have some minimum CGPA criteria in order to do that.

The JEE Main cut off for OBC candidates for admission to NIT Delhi varies by course and year:
2024
For the Computer Science and Engineering (HS) gender-neutral category, the cut off was 5,315. For B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, the cut off was 25,592, and for B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, it was 36,875.
2023
For Computer Science and Engineering, the cut off was 3,159 in round 1 and 3,668 in the last round. For Electrical Engineering, it was 6,580 in round 1 and 7,065 in the last round. For NIT Delhi M.Tech admissions, GATE scores are a must. For candidates who wish to apply for the course through the centralised d CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan.) process., NIT Delhi follows the rules and regulations of the CCMT admission process that requires a valid score in the GATE entrance examination for admission in regular M.Tech PG programme.

Yes, NIT Delhi does offer M.Tech courses for two years. The institute offers several specialisations in M.Tech courses, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc. The eligibility criteria required for admissions to M.Tech courses are candidates must qualify for their bachelor's from a relevant stream such as MSc in Chemistry/ Physics/ Material and relevant disciplines for admissions to M.Tech in Industrial Chemistry, BE/ BTech/ BSc (Engineering)/ MCA/ MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computing for M.Tech in Mathematics Computing, etc.

The selection process for the BTech course at NIT Delhi depends on the scores achieved by applicants in JEE Mains scores followed by JoSAA counselling. The BTech courses hostel fee at NIT Delhi differ acc. to the accommodation.
The institute has two facilities in hostel rooms-
AC rooms & non-AC rooms
The caution money for the mess & hostel is INR 10,000 each.
The total fee amount is taken from the official site/sanctioning body & can change anytime.
