First of all, congratulations for getting a good percentile in JEE Mains. As you know, from this year, exam and ranking procedure has changed so it's difficult to predict before that which college you will get. But, as you have got nice percentile then you will get college through this, and rest we can do is wait till this April exam and then final result will be out. So, hope for the best!

Hello Prajwal,
Please specify your category, so that I can suggest you better. However, if you are from OBC Category you need around 200 marks to get top NIT's, and if you belong to SC/ST category, you need to score around 110-120.

Admission in IITs and NITs is only after appearing in Joint Entrance Examinations JEE conducted by IITs. You have to crack JEE Advanced for IITs and JEE Mains for NITs. There is no other exam to seek admission in these institutions for a graduate degree in engineering.
