For admission in any NIT even in NIT Srinagar, you need to score at least 75% in CBSE board exams or be in top 20 percentile of any board.

If you are general category, then it is not possible but if you belongs to SC/ST, then you are eligible for NITs.

You can get seat in any NITs. If you apply for a home state NIT it's easy for you to CS branch.

I don't think that you can get any good NIT with this percentile, because your rank may be probably above INR. 1 Lacs in general and may be above 10,000 in EWS category. So, there is very low chance. And, there is no benefit of taking admission in eastern nits except NIT silchar. Try for IIITS or GFTIS.

Hi,
As per your class 12th board score, you are eligible to take admission in any NITs. But at the same time, you need to qualify JEE Mains exam and get a good rank under 50000 to get a seat in top NITs.
