DASA is the abbreviation for Direct Admission of Students Abroad. Yes, candidates can get direct admission to BTech courses through DASA at NIT Goa but the seats allocated through DASA are only reserved for Foreign Nationals / Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) / Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), not for every student. However, for admission through DASA candidates are required to qualify for their basic eligibility criteria that state: Admissions are based on SAT scores, and candidates need a valid SAT subject test score in Mathematics Level 2, Physics, and Chemistry.

For BTech courses, at the time of admission, the candidates should have passed/ appeared and awaiting results of the final examination of the Class 12 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects of study.
