The top two colleges or universities in India are NIT Raipur and NIT Goa. Both schools provide education in a variety of fields, and engineering is one of those fields. The professors and facilities at both colleges are excellent. These are two highly esteemed universities. 

Based on aspects like faculty quality, facility, and placements, NIT Raipur is thought to be superior to NIT Goa. In particular, NIT Raipur has a placement record of almost 78.55 and gives a better average payout (INR 7 LPA) than NIT Goa (INR 5 LPA). Therefore, the ideal option will depend on what the student is hoping to find at that certain university.

In terms of placements, NIT Goa has a solid history. The maximum package available in 2023 was INR 26 LPA, while the average package given was INR 10.87 LPA. During the placement procedure, 220 offers and 106 placements were made; the CSE, ECE, and EEE branches all had 100% placement rates. NIT Goa BTech cutoff 2024 for Computer Science Engineering was 2234 for SC and 626 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Main, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

JEE Main Round 6, has been released for admission to the BTech courses. As per NIT Goa JEE Main cutoff 2023, the Round 6 closing rank was 47155 for General category candidates in All India quota for Civil Engineering. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 54176 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
