NIT Raipur CCMN cutoff 2025 ranged from 352 to 590 for the General AI category candidates in the last round. Among all branches, M.Tech in Energy and Environment was the toughest and M.Tech. in Machine Design the easiest. For the OBC AI category students, the last round M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 314 to 436, wherein M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering was the least competitive and M.Tech. in Information Technology was the most competitive. Other categories and rounds will have different cutoffs accordingly.

Students can get NIT Raipur with a 1600 rank. However, it may not be possible in the first tworounds as the cutoff generally remains higher. However, in the last round, your chances are good. NIT Raipur cutoff 2025 ranged from 1500 to 1823 in the last round for students belonging to the General AI category. While you might not get M.Sc. in Mathematics, as its cutoff was 1500, M.Sc. in Chemistry and M.Sc. in Physics are available to you, with their cutoff being 1614 and 1823, respectively. NIT Raipur M.Sc. cutoff 2025 has been released for various specialisations, rounds, and categories. For the General AI category, the M.Sc. cutoff 2025 ranged from 1500 to 1823. Wherein, M.Sc. in Mathematics was the most competitive and M.Sc. in Physics, the least. Therefore, if you belong to the General AI category, a rank below 1823 would increase your chances of admission. This cutoff range is the last round cutoff for the General AI category; other rounds and categories have different qualifying ranks. For a more detailed cutoff range, refer to the table below:

With a score of 400, getting into NIT Raipur should be easy if you belong to the General AI quota. For the General AI quota, the GATE M.Tech Cutoff 2025 ranged from 358 to 590 across all specialisations and rounds. If you belong to the OBC AI category, the GATE cutoff 2025 went from 346 to 436, with most courses available except for M.Tech. in Information Technology, which closed at 436.

NIT Raipur GATE cutoff 2025 for the General AI category, All India quota ranges from 354 to 590 across all M.Tech specialisations. Students belonging to the General AI quota should aim to secure well above 354 to have a chance of getting admission to NIT Raipur. Please note that this is the cutoff for the General AI category only; if you belong to another category, such as OBC AI, you would need to aim for a score ranging between 294 and 436.

This year, in 2025, the M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 354 to 590 for candidates belonging to the General category, All India quota, wherein M.Tech in Energy and Environment proved to be the toughest, and on the other hand, M.Tech. in Power System and Control, the easiest, according to the lowest last round score. The MCA Cutoff 2025 has been released in the form of scores for all categories and rounds. Different categories will have different cutoff scores accordingly. For the General AI category candidates, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) has closed its admission at the last round cutoff score of 625. For the SC AI category, the last round cutoff score was 3160, and for the ST AI category, 6754. This pattern suggests that competition is tougher for the unreserved category when compared to the reserved categories for the same course.
