Hi, Ajinkya!
I don't want to give you false hopes.
But, with your 64% in CBSE board, it is too difficult for you to get a seat at NIT Raipur despite the fact that it lies in your home state.
Though You can try for Extra Spot Round but the chances are less.
I would suggest you to try for some good private colleges instead. I have suggested you some of them.

not ony you have to clear JEE mains but have to score good marks in JEE and 12th board to get NIT's.

NITs are better in comparison to any other institutions. You should go for NITs.

To be truthful It will be difficult to get NIT's with your score. But you must know its not end of world go for BITS, LPU, VIT, SRM. They are good options as they provide equivalent or better facility than NIT's. They are all known for excellent curriculum and Placements.

Cut off marks JEE mains was 105
Opening and closing rank for cse was 8230 n 24077( for general category)
For OBC opening and closing rank was 5446 n 14384
For SC 1019 n 5921
For ST 929 n 1644
