Hi Sarvesh, admission at NIT Trichy for Engineering courses depends on Rank in JEE Mains and I would list the cut off rank of Previous for B.Tech in Electrical Engineering for Sc category Students:-
2019- 890
2020- 593
2021- 1254

After Diploma in Mechanical Engineering students can get admission in 2nd year of BTech course through BTech Lateral Entry. Most engineering students go for MBA after graduation so that they can get a managerial career and earn a high salary. Students need a BTech degree in order to study MTech.

Hello! These are two different topics and you want to know how they are from two different institutes too one is NIT and the other is IIT. There is a general perception that the academic and the placements are better in IIT as compared with NIT. This may be true definitely about placements because only a selected lot who clear JEE Mains are allowed to apply for JEE advanced and from here only limited students can get admitted to one of the IITs. According to NIRF ranking NIT Trichy is the best choice but if you want the tag line I. e; IITian then go for IIT Bhubaneswar. But best choice will be NIT Trichy, CSE. You'll never regret joining NIT Trichy. It's average package for CSE is also good and ranges from 17-24 LPA.
