Yes ,in that exam you are supposed to get above 80% to get admission in this college.

Sir, my 2019 mark vs rank is 5201 - 8600 so obc _ ncl my home state NIT trichy get metallurgical & meterial.

You can check previous year stats on JoSAA. The cut-off score or rank for desired college and branch. Possibly I'm not to sure but applying state quota + OBC quota the chances goes up. So, you have possibility of getting that.
