This is is the age of Electronics and telecommunications. ECE graduates can be employed in Electronics, Telecom and IT companies both in private and Government sectors. Opportunities for ECE grads will continue to improve in near future.

if you consider placements and salary wise, ece dominates, it has got jobs both in private as well as government sector. eee is an ever green branch, since it doesn't get affected by recession. it has got plenty of jobs mainly in government sector. However I will suggest you to choose your interest.

In my opinion, No.
NIT warangal Has better Campus Opportunities as well as Better Infrastructure Than MANIT.
Academics is also better there. If you get NIT warangal for CE go for it.
