Yes,  N.L. Dalmia has consistently delivered strong placement outcomes. During the 2025 placement season, the highest package offered was INR 22 LPA, while the N.L. Dalmia average package offered stood at INR 11.17 LPA. More than 350 recruiters visited the campus and placed students good packages. Some of the top recruiters include Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, HUL, Colgate Palmolive, CRISIL, Kotak Mahindra Bank, UBS Business Solutions, BSE, JSW Steel, Piramal Pharma, E&Y, etc.

N.L. Dalmia has a good record of placements for its PGDM courses. The students of the PGDM Finance batch 2025 secured the highest salary of INR 22 LPA and the average salary of INR 11.17 LPA. The Business Analytics batch 2025 secured the highest and average placements of INR 11 LPA and INR 10.13 LPA, respectively. More than 350 recruiters visited the campus. N. L. Dalmia offers admission to PhD programme based on UGC NET Including JRF score. Aspirants without a score in any of the accepted entrance exam can appear for PET conducted by the University of Mumbai. Once selected, candidates have to appear for a selection interview by the panel of interviewers as per university guidelines at the Research Centre for final admission.
