National Law University Kochi follows the seat reservation policy as sanctioned by the government of India. The university offers a total of 136 seats for its students. However, the seats are unevenly reserved for students belonging to a special category. Among them, there are Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Categories. NLU offers 8 % for its SC students and 2% for its ST students. 

As per the National Law University Kochi admission guidelines, the eligibility criteria for BA LLB (Hons) requires candidates must have a 45% in their Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or an equivalent examination. Admissions to the five year BA LLB (Hons) Degree Programme (Choice Based Credit & Semester) are made through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). CLAT 2025 registration began on July 15, 2024. The application process for CLAT Exam 2025 was in online mode only. Candidates could fill the application for CLAT 2025 on or before October 22, 2024.To register for CLAT 2025, candidates needed a valid email ID and phone number.

NUALS Kochi cut off 2025 for admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) course has been released in the form of ranks. As of now, CLAT Round 3 Seat Allotment results have been released for NLU Kochi cutoff 2024. The All India GC-KL ranks for NLU Ranchi for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) is 1661.

CLNU is expected to release a total of five rounds of counselling. For the LL.M course the All India opening and closing ranks for NLU Ranchi 1765 for the GC-KL All India candidates.
