Eligibility Criteria of B.Com Program at NERIM:
Higher Secondary Education that is 10+2 in any stream from any recognised board.
Minimum Marks: The minimum aggregate marks required for admission is generally 45%.
Entrance Exam: some programs demand having to pass an entrance exam, though not all.

Usually, MBA admissions through North Eastern Regional Institute of Management are made available in entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, and even through state-level entrance exam, though cut-off marks may vary. One must obtain at least a score of 50-60 percent.

NERIM is generally classified as a Tier 2 institution. While it has established a good reputation in the northeastern Indian region for its management and professional courses, it does not carry the same national ranking or recognition as Tier 1 institutions like IIMs or top national universities. NERIM is quite practical and offers good placement opportunities, which are attractive for students in the region. But for those who wish to be highly recognised Tier 1, it is not the best option.

Both of them have excellent placement records but attract students with different profiles.
NERIM averages around ?7.8 LPA. Some of the campus recruiter companies were TCS and Flipkart. Similarly, Assam Down Town University has also built some great industry connections, averaging approximately ?5-6 LPA. Healthcare and management sectors were some of the focus areas.
On an average, NERIM has packages that are a little better than others. However, that is just a side note. The two actually provide very good placement opportunities in accordance with the industry and the programme for which the students are studying. So, students who know

Eligibility criteria for admission in MBA at North Eastern Regional Institute of Management, NERIM is as mentioned below:
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree from a recognised institute with marks not less than 50 %.
Entrance Test: NERIM accepts qualifying entrance exams CAT, MAT, or any state level exam.

B.B.A- Rs 1,78,000
B.Com- Around 1.10 lakhs
LL.B- 1.78 lakhs
B.C.A- About Rs 1,78,000
B.A. LL.B -Rs2,90,000
M.B.A - Rs3,50,000
M.Com -About 1.10 Lakhs
LL. M-Rs 1,32,000. Each course has their respective qualification criteria, and fee takes into account all course time.

NERIM has an excellent placement record. The highest package reported during the year 2023 is INR 12 LPA and average is INR 7.8 LPA. A few of the names of the recruiters are TCS, Flipkart, and Axis Bank. NERIM has an excellent placement cell which arranges internships and job placements; thus support to students is also good in terms of seeking employment.
