There are various scholarships provided by the university. Also, the university provides various schemes for the students. Some of them include Late Karmaveer Patil ‘Earn and Learn Scheme’. Late Karmaveer Patil ‘Earn and Learn Scheme’ aims at helping poor and needy students by giving economical help on doing some work. Kavayitri Bahinbai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University provides modern amenities with state-of-the-art infrastructure to its students. The facilities provided by the institute include RUSA resources, an online examination center, student accommodation, a health center, a sports section, a guest house, a bank, a post office, canteens, karmachari bhawan, etc. NMU also provides hostel facilities both for boys and girls. The hostel is well-furnished, clean, and hygienic. Moreover, the North Maharashtra University campus is spread over an area of 660 acres.

The eligibility criteria for North Maharashtra University admissions is that candidate should have scored at least 50% aggregate at graduation (45% aggregate for backward class i.e. SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC/SBC/SEBC category candidates from Maharashtra state). For admission to this course, candidates need to follow the Online Centralised Admission Procedure (CAP) which is carried out by the university in the month of June.
