Yes, Northern Virginia Community College is a really good option for international students.

NVCC has great technology, resources, and course selection, at least 5 campuses around the northern Virginia area, each with a slightly different culture/atmosphere to it.

Getting into NOVA is easy because of its open-door admission policy. Any adult seeking to enrol, regardless of age, may be admitted if he or she has achieved one of the following: Has earned a general education diploma, completed high school, or is at least 18 years old. Students can apply online very easily, and the application process is free. Some programs have specific requirements or limited enrollment, so this may impact admission chances. One must apply minimum of 30 days before the semester starts to get an opportunity to be processed and enrolled in relevant courses.

The student's review of the Northern Virginia Community College is generally positive. Students say that they have good professors. The business department, the economics department, and the accounting department are good to go with. Professors like Mary Ryan (Economics), Steven Fritsche (Accounting), and Philip Ciarniello (English) are most liked by the students.

Some mixed feedbacks are such as the students who are transferred to NVCC from another in-state community college, hasn't even been assigned an advisor yet despite emailing and calling numerous people for months.
