The KGMU BSc Nursing entrance exam is conducted as part of the UP CNET (Uttar Pradesh Common Nursing Entrance Test). The UP CNET exam was held on May 21, 2025. While the KGMU itself doesn't conduct a separate exam, candidates who want to enroll in the BSc Nursing course at KGMU need to appear for the UP CNET. You must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) subjects

The Criteria for admission into a bsc nursing program is you need to clear your 10+2 from a recognized board with Biology as a core subject. Biology is compulsory for enrolling into a nursing program so that you have your basic concepts cleared before taking admission in a program where you want to make your career
