Hi Jyoti,
There are a lot of paramedical courses which you can pursue but it depends on where your interest finally lies. Salary cannot be the only criteria for selecting courses as eventually every course will pay you well once you have mastery over the various skills required do that job. Some of the popular paramedical courses which you can pursue are:

Medical X-Ray Technology
Medical Records Technology
Operation Theatre Technology
Dialysis Technology
Health Inspector

You can pursue B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic)from IGNOU under there Jammu regional center.
Some other college/university which you can look into offering this course are:
Acharya Shri Chander Institute of Nursing Education, Jammu
Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Srinagar
University Of Jammu, Jammu
It would be advisable that you get in touch with them directly for information regarding distance/corresponding course in B.Sc in nursing.

As you have done your B.Sc so you are a graduate and MBBS is for 12th standard students so it is quite not possible.
You can do M.Sc for better scope and job.
