Admission to M.Sc medical biotechnology course, a candidate must have cleared in the subjects of physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB for General Caste and 45 % for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC.

You should check with the admission authorities if you can switch to another college in the first year. For lateral entries, candidate should have a good academic record and there should be a tie up with your college and the target institute. Some universities like Annamalai University provide lateral entry admission to 2nd year for which the candidates must have cleared 1st year with minimum 75% marks from a recognized university.

I think you must do Masters in clinical psychology as it has tremendous scope in future. As with developing time mental health is considered as important as physical health.

You can do a part time job while studying. For the reverse you must first find part time nursing courses which will be difficult to find. Also, you must get a job.
