You can try for many courses related to your interest like you can take a MPH (Masters in public health) or you can do M.Sc MLT, MBA MPT Masters in physiotherapy, etc.

The procedure would be:
1. You need to have a no objection certificate from your college (should be recognised by IAP). This will be valid for 30 days or so.
2. Get the provisional registration certificate from Delhi medical council office.
3. You'll have to clear the viva and interview conducted by the hospital every first day of the month.

After B.Sc Nursing, there are many options available to build a career in your desired field. You may go for courses such as :
-General Nursing Program
-General Nursing & Midwifery
-Hospital Nursing
-Military Nursing
-Pediatric Nursing
-Orthopedic Nursing
-Psychiatric Nursing
You may even go for M.Sc nursing, MBA or MPH (Public Health).

There are very fewer chances that you will get a direct job abroad after completing GNM. The best way to get a job is pursue further courses from abroad and then take the working visa at the same place.
