You can join MBBS course after doing any other course, the only thing that matters is that you crack your entrance exam. You need to give NEET exams.

B.Tech will be a better option than going for B.Pharm. A wide range of job opportunities and better salary packages are available after B.Tech. But if you are interested in medical field then you may go for B.Pharm.

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) is a Diploma program. For study abroad better do B.Sc in Nursing that is much more valuable than the Diploma certificate. So, better option after GNM is to get the admission in B.Sc. in Nursing for that you have to score good marks in either GRE or IELTS examination that is the basic requirements in most of the universities abroad.
