M.Sc in neuroscience Eligibility:
The candidates should complete their B.Sc under any registered university in the following subjects like B.Sc, allied Health Sciences, Botany, Chemistry, BUMS, Biochemistry as main or ancillary, B.Sc in Life Sciences, Bio Science, Biology, Physics, BSMS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Physician Assistant, BPTH, Bachelor of Occupational Theory (BOT), Zoology, any Biological Sciences or Professional course such as MBBS in science stream.
Thus, you are eligible for the same.

Yes, you can pursue B.Pharm and B.Com simultaneously, but it would be difficult for you to take the exams of both the subjects at the same time. According to me, it would be a very difficult task.
