Passed the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognised by the university for this purpose. Those who have done 10+1 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.

ELIGIBILITY FOR B.Sc. NURSING
The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission. The minimum educational requirement shall be the passing of Higher Secondary School Certificate (12 year course). OrSenior School Certificate Examination (10+2). .

Candidates belonging to the (Unreserved) your category, should have scored 50 per cent marks for the reserved category candidates (SC/ST), minimum of 40 per cent marks are required and for the OPH category 45 per cent marks are required.

The Banaras Hindu University provides B.Sc. In Nursing which can be joined after appearing and passing the National entrance test taken by the university. Also, admission can be taken on the basis of CUET rank. Students also need to fulfil the eligibility criteria.

The Nursing Council rules for admission to B.Sc. Nursing clearly state: Candidate with Science/Arts/Humanities/Commerce who have passed the 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the core/elective/academic subjects taken together and passed English individually
