You can get a job as medical lab technician if you have completed your B.Sc. A Master's degree is always an added advantage. But you haven't mentioned the stream of your graduation so I cannot be confident enough if you get your Masters in microbiology because mostly microbiology and biotechnology graduates are preferred for such course. There is a wide scope of veterinary pharmacy Diploma in government as well as private sectors & even for entrepreneurship.

Both the fields are different. So, you cannot compare. Both have good opportunities and different career outcomes. Decide basis your interest. Research on job profiles and see what interests you.

This is a choice you have to make. There is no harm trying for universities abroad. Check the requirements, funding options, scholarships and decide accordingly. International students have stringent requirements for medical and nursing fields so you must check thoroughly.
