An MH-CET score of 88% promises good prospects at getting admission into a Maharashtra B.Sc. Nursing college. The cutoff is expected to be between 70-85 marks, category wise for government colleges. Even with this percentage, the candidate should qualify in most the private nursing colleges where sometimes the cutoff can be really low too. The admission to any college strictly goes on the merit score acquired through MH B.Sc. Nursing CET; thus, the probability of getting a seat is good if multiple colleges are applied for. Always crosscheck the cut-off trend of the particular college for the precise information.

To study B.Sc. Nursing, one has to pass Class 12 with core subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Most colleges require a candidate to have at least 50% marks in these three subjects combined. Specifically:
PCB: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are compulsorily required. Usually, English is also mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria: Without Chemistry, you would not be eligible for B.Sc. Nursing programs in most of the institutions.
In short, a student cannot pursue B.Sc. Nursing unless studied Chemistry in his/her education of 10+2 which is a basic requirement before getting admission into the respective program.
