Government nursing colleges in Delhi do not generally admit students directly without an entrance exam, but you do not necessarily need the NEET UG exam. You can secure admission by clearing separate institutional or state-level entrance exams like the IPU CET (administered by GGSIPU) or the Delhi University (DU) Selection Test. Yes, you can apply to private nursing colleges in Bihar before your Class 12 result comes out. Candidates in Class 12 can apply for the Bihar BSc Nursing exam; however, they must have passed the Class 12 grade before the start of online counselling with Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and English with a minimum of 45% marks for the General category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC categories, and the minimum age required is 17 years.

Yes, you can do MBBS after Nursing courses. But you should clear NEET UG for that. There is no direct entry which means you will start from first year of MBBS.
